To resolve this error, please follow the steps outlined below:
Verify that the user is using the appropriate key in the correct environment. For instance, ensure that the key provided by the Fulfillment team for the QA environment is used exclusively in the QA environment.
Confirm that the correct Admin account is being utilized during the key activation process.
If the online activation method encounters difficulties, consider using the offline activation mode. Sometimes, firewall settings can impede the activation process.
If the issue persists after following these steps, kindly create a customer support ticket for further assistance.
