Revise Issue – Confirm account via identity provider for verification.

Description:

I attempted to access my Winshuttle Studio, but encountered an error message (please refer to the screenshot). I’m currently using version 20.1, and my login to the Evolve platform is functioning properly. The error suggests that I need to validate my account with the identity provider, although my login to O365 is also working without any issues.

Solution:

Perform below steps in order to resolve the issue.

1) Sign out from Studio and then try Logging in.

2) If this doesnt resolve the issue please reinstate the Studio by going to file explorer enter below details and then try.

Type %appdata%- Rename Winshuttle to Winshuttle_Old ; Now Launch Studio.

3) Clear the Cache of Browser and make sure the Token is cleared out and then try logging.
