I can’t click the box next to the process, I get the below notification:
And if I open the request, I can only click on “Submit Request” or “Exit Without Saving”, no other options.

Solution:
The option to allow bulk approvals or rejections is currently disabled due to the setting being marked as “False” at the solution level. Please ensure that the Approval or Activity node (depending on your requirement) in your solution has the option correctly marked as either “True” or “False.” If it is currently set to “False,” please change it to “True,” redeploy the solution, and then test to see if the option is still greyed out. You can refer to the screenshot below for further clarification.
