Solution:

This functionality was introduced in version 20.2 of Evolve.

App Visitor

You have the ability to designate certain users as visitors to a specific app. These visitors can only access that particular app. They can view the app solutions, submitted documents associated with those solutions, and the supporting documents on the App’s Documents page.
